HandTweaks is a simple but powerful Minecraft mod that lets you fully customize how items look in your hands. From tiny adjustments to completely changing your first-person view, the mod gives you full control over item positioning, rotation, scaling, and more and that too all directly in-game.
Want smaller tools? Bigger weapons? Different styles for each hand? HandTweaks makes it possible with separate customization for both the main hand and off-hand, along with unique settings for different item types like weapons, tools, blocks, and food.
Everything updates in real time through an easy-to-use GUI, so you can instantly see your changes without restarting the game or messing with config files. You can even hide individual hands for a cleaner look or use presets for quick setups.

How to Install TweakHands on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "TweakHands". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

TweakHands server crashes on startup – what to do?
