Unreal Stamina

A survival-focused stamina mod that adds a stamina bar above your health,
sprint management, exhaustion states, and an Adrenaline potion.

Features

Stamina Bar

A stamina bar with 10 segments sits directly above the health bar.
It drains as you sprint and regenerates passively when you stop.

Sprint Management

• Sprinting consumes 1 stamina point every 1.5 seconds.
• When stamina reaches zero, you enter an exhausted state.
• While exhausted, sprinting is completely blocked until stamina is fully recovered.

Passive Regeneration

• Stamina regenerates automatically while not sprinting.
• A short catch-breath delay applies after reaching zero.

Adrenaline Potion Effect

A new beneficial effect that restores stamina over time.
Taking multiple Adrenaline potions stacks the duration.

Brewing Recipes

• Swiftness + Blaze Powder → Adrenaline
• Adrenaline + Redstone → Long Adrenaline
• Adrenaline + Glowstone Dust → Strong Adrenaline II

Visual Feedback

• Segment shake animation when a stamina point is lost.
• Vanilla-style regeneration bounce animation.
• Segments flicker independently when stamina is at zero.

Compatibility

• Creative and Spectator modes are fully excluded from stamina drain.
• Compatible with AppleSkin for food HUD preview integration.
