Version 0.2.3 still works on 1.16.x.
Currently you can use all your zero tick farms (hey redstone players)
Bamboo, Cactus, Kelp, Sugar Cane, Chorus, Twisting Vines and Weeping Vines
You can sneak on berries and don't get damage, instead you can just put your armor (legging and boots).
You can bone meal Cactus, Sugar Cane and Vines with hand or with a dispenser (hey redstone players)
You can turn dirt into grass with hand or with a dispenser using seed
Mobs can spawn on wither roses again (like was before 1.16)
Totem works from Inventory
You can stack Protection enchantments in armor (like was in 1.14)
You can use Kelp as a Bone Meal (fertilizer)
Slimes doesn't appear in superflat worlds anymore.
You can use your afk fishing farms exactly as 1.15 and before
Flint and steel make mobs burn

How to Install Vanilla Experience - Why not, Mojang? on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.16.3).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Vanilla Experience - Why not, Mojang?". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.16.3). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
