About this Mod
This mod is a simple overlay displaying items needed to trade with the villagers.
In the future we plan to implement the overlay marker feature for villagers.
Trade items are not synchronized between client and server, so to activate the overlay, either match the crosshair to the villagers or open the GUI.

Server lagging with VillagerOverlay – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if VillagerOverlay consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
