Villagers follow you

A simple Minecraft mod that makes villagers follow the player when holding an emerald.

Tired of carrying villagers around on boats or minecarts? Carry them around like ~~animals~~ friends.

Features

Villagers will follow the player if they hold an emerald, emerald block, emerald ore, or deepslate emerald ore.
Works in Singleplayer (Multiplayer WIP).

How to Install Villagers follow you on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Villagers follow you". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
