About this Mod

Sand (red sand too) wets when placed next to water up to three blocks with different humidity levels. This creates beautiful gradient beaches and a couple of cool mechanics, as wet sand defies gravity and is humid enough for sugar cane to grow in it. It can also be used to automate concrete crafting.

You can dehydrate the sands with an empty bottle, one state at a time.

Current 1.20.1 beta release doesnt have wet suspicious sands, as I am having some issues keeping its content between state changes.

Ports to forge/neoforge are not planned as we dont have the resources to do them and there are tools like sinytra connector that should make it work for those platforms

How to Install Wet sand on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Wet sand". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Wet sand server crashes on startup – what to do?
