Seasons Mod

A simple Fabric 1.21.11 mod that adds snow and fog during winter, brown leaves in autumn, faster crops in spring and dehydration in summer.

Testing

To test, set the time to 504000 ticks to enable winter. Each season runs for 168000 ticks. Autumn leaves will only turn brown in newly generated chunks.

Running

To run, use ./gradlew.bat runClient for Windows and ./gradlew runClient for Linux. It will launch a Minecraft window. From there, you can create a new world and test the mod.

How to Install Seasons Mod on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Seasons Mod". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
