Withered Fragments

This mod adds an alternative way to obtain Wither Skeleton Skulls.

A new item, Wither Skull Fragment, can drop from Wither Skeletons. If a Wither Skeleton does not drop a skull, it has a chance to drop a fragment instead.

9 fragments can be crafted into 1 Wither Skeleton Skull.

Wither Skull Recipe

This mechanic increases the overall number of skulls obtained from farming, resulting in approximately 2× more skulls on average, while keeping the original drop unchanged.

How to Install Withered Fragments on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Withered Fragments". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
