About this Mod

WorldSwap 1.2 for FabricMC (1.16.1)

WorldSwap is a challenging yet fun Minecraft speedrun challenge that resets the world at configurable intervals while preserving your inventory and other player data.

Installation

Fabric Loader 0.18.1 or newer and the Fabric API are required.
The Speedrun API is recommended for configuration (default interval: 5 minutes).

Do NOT use: Ranked or FastReset

Usage

Simply create a world and start playing.
After the configured interval, a new world will automatically be generated.
You can change the configuration using the Speedrun API menu (Options → Book and Quill).

How to Install WorldSwap on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.16.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "WorldSwap". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

WorldSwap server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.16.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is WorldSwap compatible with fabric?
