Introduction

Yunbei Urban Construction is a city building mod focused on the restoration of urban traffic infrastructure. It integrates road blocks, road markings, traffic signs, municipal facilities, traffic equipment and practical items, all reproduced with reference to real-world counterparts.

Blocks & Items

Road Blocks:A complete standardized road block system is provided, including basic roads and various marking styles such as white-yellow dual-color, single/double lines, thick markings, bevel markings, right-angle markings, T-junction markings, arrow markings, cross markings and diamond markings. All textures are strictly designed in accordance with current national traffic standard GB 5768.3-2025 to ensure authenticity and standardization.

Road Markings:Covers ground markings for straight travel, turning, U-turns, merging, yield, stop yield, crosswalk advance warning, vehicle distance confirmation, minimum/maximum speed limits, dedicated lanes (bus, non-motor vehicle, electric bicycle, high-occupancy vehicle, etc.) and disability-accessible zones. Produced in compliance with GB 5768.3-2025 to meet the needs of road scene construction.

Traffic Signs:Fully restores three major categories of traffic signs: warning signs, prohibition signs and directional signs. It includes hundreds of models with a total of 268 assets, such as crossroads, sharp bends, steep slopes, narrow bridges, tunnels, pedestrian/child/non-motor vehicle warnings, no entry, speed/height/width/weight restrictions, stop yield, meeting yield, one-way roads, roundabouts, lane guidance and parking signs. All content strictly follows GB 5768.2-2022.

Municipal Facilities:Contains street lamps, pole assemblies, text display screens, customizable flags, monitoring cameras, radar speed detectors, fill lights, gantry systems (with LED screens), height limit poles, warning nets, anti-glare nets/panels, multi-color isolation barriers (including inclined / double-grid / chamfered variants), reflective signs, traffic islands (with edge strips and internal filling), instrument pole assemblies, highway guardrails (iron / green), road flower boxes, trash cans, construction barriers, bollards, crowd control barriers, crash barrels, traffic cones, speed bumps, vibrating markings, parking wheel stoppers and more, covering supporting facilities for urban roads and highways.

Traffic Equipment:Features an automatically linked traffic light system (straight / left turn / pedestrian), controllable via wand switching and link wand linkage. It also includes barrier gate systems (main gate unit, step type, horizontal/vertical poles), height limit poles, crowd control barriers, bollards, guardrails and other traffic control & safety facilities for traffic management scenarios.

Utility Items:Five types of custom functional tools are available — General Wand, Tree Wand, Link Wand, Water Source Wand and Rotation Wand, greatly improving the efficiency of scene building and interaction.

FAQ

1. Will you develop adaptations for more game versions and mod loaders?:
   Absolutely! Our team is mainly composed of students. Currently, active development is ongoing for 1.20.1 Fabric. We plan to adapt the mod for 1.19.2 Fabric, 1.21.1 NeoForge and Fabric. However, this process may take a long time.

2. As this mod is developed by students, is it stable to use?:
   We can guarantee stable performance. The mod has undergone complete testing before release. Even so, we recommend backing up your game files and using official release or Beta versions.

This mod only supports the Fabric loader with no official Forge version for now. Forge users are recommended to play with Sinytra Connector.
