Bibliocraft Legacy is a port of the original BiblioCraft Minecraft mod by Nuchaz. It adds various pieces of decorative and functional furniture into the game.

About this Mod
Bibliocraft Legacy is a remake of the original BiblioCraft mod by Nuchaz. What began way back in 1.4.7 with a single bookcase is now back in Minecraft 1.21.1+, rewritten from the ground up and with updated and more vanilla-friendly models.

Planned Features
Not every feature of the old mod is in yet, however I plan to add pretty much everything. Notable missing features include:
- Everything related to mapping (Map Frames, Atlases, Drafting Compasses)
- Everything related to painting (Painting Frames, Painting Presses, Painting Canvases)
- Some other small things
Support
This mod currently supports NeoForge for 1.21.1 and upwards. There are no current plans to port to Fabric, Forge, Quilt, or any other loader. There are also no plans to backport to versions older than 1.21.1.

How to Install Bibliocraft Legacy on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set neoforge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Bibliocraft Legacy". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Bibliocraft Legacy server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong neoforge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (26.1.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Bibliocraft Legacy compatible with neoforge?
Bibliocraft Legacy officially supports neoforge for Minecraft 26.1.2, 26.1.1, 26.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Bibliocraft Legacy – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Bibliocraft Legacy consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
