About this Mod

Dynamic FPS automatically reduces the speed at which minecraft renders when it's not focused (to 1 FPS) or hidden (no renders at all). It also fixes a bug in Vanilla Minecraft that makes it take much more performance in the background than it should.

DISCONTINUED 1.16.5+ FOR ALL MOD LOADERS, GO TO THE ORIGINAL MOD PAGE INSTEAD!!

I remain open to any suggestions for updates, improvements or ports for other mods.

How to Install Dynamic FPS Reforged on Your Client

Install the Mod Loader Locally

Install forge for your local Minecraft version.

Download the Matching File

Choose the Dynamic FPS Reforged file for forge and Minecraft 1.19.4.

Install Mod

No. Modrinth marks Dynamic FPS Reforged as unsupported on the server side. Install it only in your local Minecraft mods folder. Your server can remain unchanged unless the mod page lists an additional dependency.
