⚠️ This project is developed by a single person and has only been tested in a limited environment. Currently, only Japanese input on Windows 11 has been tested. Other languages and platforms should work, but are not guaranteed.

featherIME

Japanese, Korean, and Chinese IME input for Minecraft — fully compatible with Feather Client.

Type Japanese, Korean, and Chinese directly in chat and search boxes. Composition text is displayed right inside the text field, so you no longer have to type blind until you commit.

❓ How is this different from caramelChat?

caramelChat is an excellent mod, but it cannot be used together with Feather Client. featherIME is a derivative mod that rebuilds caramelChat to work on Feather, with a few additional fixes.

featherIME

Minecraft に日本語・韓国語・中国語の入力（IME）を Feather Client に完全対応。

チャットや検索窓で日本語・韓国語・中国語をそのまま入力できます。変換中の文字が入力欄に直接表示されるので、「確定するまで何を打っているか見えない」ストレスから解放されます。

❓ caramelChat との違い

caramelChat は優れた MOD ですが、Feather Client とは併用できません。featherIME は caramelChat を Feather 上で動作するように作り直した派生 MOD です。その他にもわずかに修正を加えています。

• 日本語・韓国語・中国語が打てる — 変換中の文字が下線付きで入力欄にそのまま表示され、確定前に確認できます
• Feather Client 対応 — Feather Client と併用しても問題なく動作します
