About this Mod
Just Load
NOTICE:
As of August 2023, Just Load has been superseded by Java Quick Play available in the Minecraft launcher. Updates for Minecraft 1.20+ are not planned at this time.
Skips the title screen entirely and loads straight into singleplayer.
- Useful for mapmakers, datapack authors, and mod developers who want to save time when testing and debugging.
- Loads the last world by default, but a specific world can be chosen in the config file.
- Highly recommended to also install LazyDFU and SkipTransitions.
Here's what starting up the game looks like: (LazyDFU installed)

Notice:
Just Load currently does not check for version incompatibility nor level corruption, and does not make backups like Minecraft normally does. Proceed at your own risk!
KNOWN ISSUES:
With multiple saves, topmost world by alphabetical order loads instead of last played world. For the time being, please use config to specify world.

Does Just Load need to be installed on the Minecraft server?
No. Modrinth marks Just Load as unsupported on the server side. Install it only in your local Minecraft mods folder. Your server can remain unchanged unless the mod page lists an additional dependency.
Which version and loader does Just Load require?
Use a file for fabric and your exact Minecraft version. Supported versions include 1.19.2, 1.19.1, 1.19. Files for different loaders are not interchangeable.
Just Load is not working – what should I check?
First check the Minecraft version, loader version and required dependencies. Put the .jar file in your local .minecraft/mods folder and remove older duplicates. Because this mod is client-side, adding server RAM will not fix it.
