About this Mod
Client mod which culls certain altar stabilizers when player is away from the altar, which should improve performance in bases with large infusion altar setups.
Infusion Altars with many Infusion Stabilizers create tons of lag due to the fancy rendering needed for Thaumcraft crystals and player heads. Even when the altar is behind a wall, looking in the general direction of it will cause tons of lag. This mod fixes this lag issue by skipping the rendering of these blocks when the player is not near the altar (configurable distance).

Does ThaumcraftAltarCull need to be installed on the Minecraft server?
No. Modrinth marks ThaumcraftAltarCull as unsupported on the server side. Install it only in your local Minecraft mods folder. Your server can remain unchanged unless the mod page lists an additional dependency.
Which version and loader does ThaumcraftAltarCull require?
Use a file for forge and your exact Minecraft version. Supported versions include 1.7.10. Files for different loaders are not interchangeable.
ThaumcraftAltarCull is not working – what should I check?
First check the Minecraft version, loader version and required dependencies. Put the .jar file in your local .minecraft/mods folder and remove older duplicates. Because this mod is client-side, adding server RAM will not fix it.
