What does this addon do?

Have you ever wanted to farm Withers or the Ender Dragon in your tiny 1x1 farm but realized the Lasso just won't catch them? This addon solves exactly that!

Features

• Boss Capture Enables the Lasso to capture The Wither, Ender Dragon, and The Warden — including two bosses that Tiny Mob Farm's Lasso cannot capture on its own.

• Fair Capture Rule Bosses must be brought below 50% health before the Lasso can capture them. Once captured, they're healed to full health, so your Lasso keeps every one of its uses.

• Ice and Fire Dragon Support Capture dragons at any of their 5 growth stages. Farmed dragons drop dragon blood, dragon bones, and scales matching their exact color, with quantities and odds that scale with the dragon's stage. Stage 4 and fully-grown Stage 5 dragons also have a chance to drop a dragon egg of their own color.

• Universal Loot Injection Ensures that bosses drop their valuable loot (Nether Stars, Dragon Eggs, Sculk Catalysts, Echo Shards) even if other mods attempt to overwrite their loot tables, doing so in a completely non-destructive way.

• Multipart Support You can click on any part of the Ender Dragon (wings, head, tail) to capture it instantly.

• Mod Compatibility & Anti-Crash Safely capture and farm complex mobs from other mods (like MineColonies, Ice and Fire Dragons, Cataclysm, Terramity) and Vanilla Slimes without crashing your game or server.

• Customization (Config File) The addon generates a configuration file that lets you:

• Whitelist: Add any custom modded mob to be captured by the Lasso.
• Blacklist: Block specific mobs or entire namespaces (e.g., minecolonies:*) to safeguard your server from complex entities.

• Entity Crash Handler Instead of breaking your world, any errors caused by corrupted entities being lassoed will be isolated, automatically corrected with safe fallbacks, and saved to a dedicated crash log file (logs/tmf_entity_crashes).

• Commands Includes /tfbaddon give <boss> to quickly obtain a lasso with a boss already inside (useful for admins or testing), and /tfbaddon update_lassos to repair Lassos captured with older versions of this addon.

How to Use

1. Craft a Lasso from Tiny Mob Farm.

2. Weaken a boss (Wither, Ender Dragon, Warden) or a supported compatible mob to 50% health or below.

3. Right-click it with the Lasso to capture it. It will be healed to full health and stored with all its uses intact.

4. Place the lasso into your Mob Farm block.

5. Profit!

⚠️ Updating the addon?

If you update Tiny Mob Farm Addon: Bosses to a newer version, make sure to run /tfbaddon update_lassos with your captured Lassos in your inventory. This repairs any Lasso captured with an older version of the addon, preventing loot table issues carried over from a previous version.
