WunderLib: New Dawn
WunderLib: New Dawn is an independently maintained, unofficial continuation of WunderLib for modern Minecraft versions.
The project supports Fabric, Quilt, and NeoForge, depending on the selected Minecraft version. Check the Versions tab before downloading to make sure you choose the correct file for your mod loader.
What is WunderLib?
WunderLib is a shared utility library used by BetterX mods and other compatible projects.
It provides reusable systems and utilities for:
- automated configuration screens;
- grid-based user-interface layouts;
- configuration management;
- simplified networking;
- mathematical helpers;
- client and common utilities;
- shared functionality used by dependent mods.
WunderLib normally does not add standalone gameplay content.
Why download it?
Install WunderLib: New Dawn only when another mod or modpack lists it as a required dependency.
Make sure that the following all match:
- Minecraft version;
- mod loader;
- WunderLib version;
- versions of the mods that depend on it.
Depending on the mod using WunderLib, the library may be required on both the client and server.

New Dawn project goals
WunderLib: New Dawn aims to keep the behavior and APIs of the original project as accurate as reasonably possible while providing:
- continued maintenance of the Fabric edition;
- compatibility with Quilt through the Fabric edition;
- support for modern NeoForge versions;
- support for newer Minecraft releases;
- shared bug fixes;
- loader-specific compatibility changes;
- functionality required by the New Dawn mod ecosystem.
How this project differs from upstream
The original WunderLib project is maintained by the BetterX developers.
WunderLib: New Dawn is an independent community continuation that maintains additional Minecraft versions and mod-loader editions.
The project is not maintained, endorsed, or officially supported by the original WunderLib developers or the BetterX Team.
Please do not report New Dawn-specific problems to the upstream WunderLib issue tracker or BetterX support channels.

How to Install WunderLib: New Dawn on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "WunderLib: New Dawn". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

WunderLib: New Dawn server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (26.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
