Advanced Tooltips adds new tooltips to items like shulker boxes, filled maps, fish buckets, armor, food, banner patterns, and more! The mod is also pretty configurable, most parts can be enabled/disabled to your heart's desire!

Configuration

The configuration file of is located in <minecraft directory>/config/advancedtooltips.json5.

You can also use the command /advancedtooltips config to manage settings in-game.

Wait, isn't this just the Inspecio mod?

Well yes, but actually no. 😉 You see, Inspecio has gone Quilt-only with their 1.19 release, which I don't really think makes sense (at least for now). Until Quilt becomes more established in the modding scene, I wanted to have a Fabric version of Inspecio available, which you can see here. Why have I chosen a different name though? Well, I didn't do so purposefully, but the original author of the mod denied me the right to use its name, so here we are. 🤷‍♂️

Installiere fabric für deine lokale Minecraft-Version.

Passende Datei herunterladen

Wähle die Advanced Tooltips-Datei für fabric und Minecraft 1.19.2.

Mod installieren

Lege die .jar-Datei in deinem lokalen .minecraft/mods-Ordner ab und starte Minecraft neu. Eine Installation auf dem Server ist nicht nötig.

Nein. Modrinth kennzeichnet Advanced Tooltips serverseitig als nicht unterstützt. Installiere die Mod nur im lokalen Minecraft-Mods-Ordner. Dein Server kann unverändert bleiben, sofern die Mod-Seite keine zusätzliche Abhängigkeit nennt.

Welche Version und welchen Loader braucht Advanced Tooltips?

Nutze eine Datei für fabric und exakt deine Minecraft-Version. Unterstützte Versionen sind unter anderem 1.19.2, 1.19.1, 1.19. Loader-Dateien sind nicht untereinander austauschbar.

Advanced Tooltips funktioniert nicht – was kann ich prüfen?

Prüfe zuerst Minecraft-Version, Loader-Version und erforderliche Abhängigkeiten. Lege die .jar-Datei im lokalen .minecraft/mods-Ordner ab und entferne ältere Duplikate. Da die Mod clientseitig ist, löst mehr Server-RAM dieses Problem nicht.
