Sodium has updated and removed the point that this mod hooked into. Given that my interest in maintaining this mod was already low and I was planning on archiving it when Minecraft switched to Vulkan anyway, I've decided to stop work on it now. Thanks for all the support! Anyone who wants to try and make the mod work is free to fork it :)

This mod is a fork of Bedrodium by kirillirik.

Requires Sodium (or Embeddium^).

Small optimization by removing the invisible sides of the bottom/ top layer of the world. For the player, these sides are visible only when necessary. (The bottom layer of polygons in the Overworld will be deleted, and the bottom and top layers in the Nether). While the mod is themed around Bedrock, the mod makes no actual checks for block type and can provide a benefit even on floating island worlds (such as mini game servers!)

Muss Substrate auf dem Minecraft Server installiert werden?

Nein. Modrinth kennzeichnet Substrate serverseitig als nicht unterstützt. Installiere die Mod nur im lokalen Minecraft-Mods-Ordner. Dein Server kann unverändert bleiben, sofern die Mod-Seite keine zusätzliche Abhängigkeit nennt.

Welche Version und welchen Loader braucht Substrate?

Nutze eine Datei für fabric, neoforge, quilt und exakt deine Minecraft-Version. Unterstützte Versionen sind unter anderem 1.21.11, 1.21.10, 1.21.9. Loader-Dateien sind nicht untereinander austauschbar.

Substrate funktioniert nicht – was kann ich prüfen?

Prüfe zuerst Minecraft-Version, Loader-Version und erforderliche Abhängigkeiten. Lege die .jar-Datei im lokalen .minecraft/mods-Ordner ab und entferne ältere Duplikate. Da die Mod clientseitig ist, löst mehr Server-RAM dieses Problem nicht.
