About this Modpack
NOTE :- this modpack is created through serval public mods
A guns modpack for Minecraft Java Edition is a curated collection of mods designed to introduce modern or fantasy firearms, ammo systems, and combat mechanics into the game.
These modpacks are typically built on Forge or Fabric, and they transform survival gameplay from sword-based combat into tactical, ranged warfare while keeping the crafting and exploration aspects intact.
🔫 Main Features
1. Weapon Variety
Most gun modpacks include:
Pistols & Revolvers – low damage, quick reload, suited for close combat.
Rifles & Sniper Guns – long range, high precision, slow reload.
SMGs & ARs – automatic fire, moderate damage, good for crowd fights.
Shotguns – short-range, multiple-pellet spread, heavy damage.
Launchers / Explosives – rockets, grenades, or mines for area damage.
Weapons often support attachments like:
Scopes, silencers, laser sights, extended magazines, or grips — each altering recoil, range, or accuracy.
2. Ammunition & Reloading
Each gun requires its specific ammo type (e.g., 9mm rounds, shells, rockets).
Reload mechanics simulate realism — magazine-based or shell-by-shell systems.
Ammo can be crafted using iron, gunpowder, redstone, or dropped as loot from enemies or crates.
3. Crafting & Progression
Gun modpacks typically balance firearms using tech trees or crafting progression:
Early game: craft basic handguns using common materials.
Mid game: unlock advanced weapons requiring alloys, circuits, or special powders.
Late game: unlock heavy ordnance or experimental weapons via special stations or blueprints.
4. Combat Enhancements
To make guns meaningful:
Improved AI mobs use ranged weapons or tactics.
Armor rebalancing gives resistance against bullets instead of melee.
Ballistic physics introduce projectile speed, recoil, and bullet drop.
Some packs add cover systems, aiming, and ADS animations.
5. Visual & Sound Additions
Custom 3D weapon models, muzzle flashes, and shell ejection particles.
Realistic sound design — distinct firing, reload, and impact effects.
Optional shaders and post-processing for better immersion.
6. World Integration
Guns are woven into the world through:
Military structures, bandit camps, or loot crates.
Traders or black-market villagers that exchange ammo and blueprints.
Quest lines or advancements that unlock higher-tier weapons.

Frequently Asked Questions
Guns and Fun server crashes or won't start – what to do?
Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong fabric loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 8 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match. With Mado Hosting, loader and Minecraft version are auto-configured on modpack install – preventing most startup issues.
How much RAM does a Guns and Fun server really need?
Minimum 6 GB, recommended 8 GB for stable performance. per 5 players. Important: Minecraft modpacks need more RAM than vanilla – plan extra per additional player. With Mado Hosting, you can scale RAM up live at any time without data loss (from €7.800000000000001/month).
Can I add custom mods to Guns and Fun without conflicts?
Yes, but check compatibility: only use mods for the same loader (fabric) and same Minecraft version (1.21.1). Common issues: ID conflicts with recipe mods and incompatible coremod versions. The Mado dashboard mod browser only shows compatible mods and warns about known conflicts.
Guns and Fun server lagging – performance tips
1) Increase RAM to 8 GB+. 2) Reduce server view-distance to 8 (server.properties). 3) Pre-generate chunks with the "Chunky" plugin. 4) Use /spark profiler to check which mods consume the most tick time. With Mado Hosting, all servers run on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores – eliminating hardware as a bottleneck.
