Network Activity Transparency
Refined R&D Mods use an API (https://refinedrd.hostxtra.co.uk/api) to link Patreons to a Patreon code. This is done Only when a player enters their Patreon code in the main menu.

Patreon Wall Building
We also use our [API](https://refinedrd.hostxtra.co.uk/api) to allow the Patreon Wall of names to be updated. The Only link ingame that is shown goes to our patreon (https://www.patreon.com/RefinedPowerMod) which is displayed on the patreon wall. This is an optional building that is there only for decorative purposes it does not add any enchantments ingame or is locked behind a paywall, Anyone can build it if they wish to do so.

Information We Store:
Information regarding the Patreon Tier and Active Status.
Discord ID, used when generating a code through our Patreon.
Patreon Email Address, Used with the above to generate a code.

Information We Do Not Store:
IP addresses
Billing Information (Billing Address, Payment Details)
Epic / Steam IDs
Player / Game information

Data Handling
We do not sell or share this data with any third party or other Mod developers.
We keep this data on our secure server that only I (Mrhid6) can access.
Data is kept for the period a Patreon is active and is removed 6 Months after a pledge has expired/ended.

How to Install Refined Power on Your Server

Order Satisfactory Server

Order a Satisfactory server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended). For multiplayer: per 3 players.

Install Mod

Open the mod manager in the dashboard and search for "Refined Power". Installation dependencies are installed automatically.

Restart Server

Restart the server so the mod is loaded. Players need to have the mod installed locally as well.

Frequently Asked Questions

Refined Power: Which generators are most efficient for large factories?

Refined Power's modular power generators scale better than vanilla generators. For server performance: use fewer large generators instead of many small ones – each generator is a ticking entity. Wind turbines are simplest but least efficient. Solar panels need lots of space. Gas generators with crude oil pipeline are the best compromise between efficiency and server load.

Refined Power not working after update – what to do?

After a Satisfactory update, mods need to be updated. Check ficsit.app whether Refined Power has been updated for the new game version. With Mado Hosting: open the mod manager and click "Update All". If the mod hasn't been updated yet, temporarily remove it so the server starts.
