<h2>Upgraded Rifle</h2>

Adds a new rifle with improved stats.

Vanilla->Upgraded stats

6->8 dmg

0.2->0.15s firing interval

10->20 mag capacity

It is unlocked by a T5 HUB milestone and uses upgraded cartridges for ammo.

Fully compatible with multiplayer.
