An independently maintained continuation of BetterEnd for modern Minecraft versions
BetterEnd: New Dawn is an unofficial continuation of BetterEnd for Fabric and NeoForge.
The project continues maintenance of the original BetterEnd experience with bug fixes, compatibility improvements, loader-specific changes, and support for modern Minecraft versions.
Check the Versions tab before downloading and make sure you select the correct file for your Minecraft version and mod loader.
Latest BetterEnd Content on Every Supported Version
New Dawn includes all content introduced in the latest BetterEnd releases across every supported Minecraft version - including Minecraft 1.21.1.
All additions have been integrated and adapted for the corresponding Minecraft version and mod loader.

About BetterEnd
BetterEnd expands and refreshes The End by adding new biomes and enhancing existing ones. Each biome has its own atmosphere, resources, and mobs. The mod also includes custom music, sounds, and effects to make exploration feel alive and interesting.
BetterEnd includes a custom End world generator and custom Central Island structures. With the new generator, End islands can have different shapes, terrain, and heights. Inside islands you can find caves with unique resources.

- 24+ new biomes (more may be added later)
- 6 new mobs (with biome variations for some of them)
- Many new blocks, including 9 wood types and 7 new stone types
- Many new items, including new food sources, tools, armor, and weapons
- New mechanics like Infusion Rituals, Anvil Recipes, End tool progression, and others
- Integrations with other mods (example: 2 new sub-biomes for BYG biomes in 1.16 and some new plants for them)
- Custom End world generator (configurable) with more possibilities than vanilla
- Configs for blocks, items, mobs, enchants, and many other things

Server bestellen
Bestelle einen Minecraft Java Server mit mindestens 4 GB RAM (6 GB empfohlen).
fabric Loader setzen
Wähle im Panel unter "Egg" den fabric-Loader und die passende Minecraft-Version (26.2).
Mod installieren
Öffne den Mod-Browser im Dashboard und suche nach "BetterEnd: New Dawn". Klicke "Installieren" – fertig! Alternativ: Lade die .jar via SFTP in den /mods Ordner.

BetterEnd: New Dawn Server crasht beim Start – was tun?
Häufigste Ursache: falsche fabric-Version oder zu wenig RAM. Prüfe im Server-Log (latest.log), ob ein "OutOfMemoryError" oder "Mixin"-Fehler auftritt. Bei Mado Hosting: Stelle sicher, dass mindestens 4 GB RAM zugewiesen sind und der Loader zur Mod-Version passt (26.2). Über das Panel kannst du den Loader mit einem Klick wechseln.
Ist BetterEnd: New Dawn mit fabric und neoforge und quilt kompatibel?
BetterEnd: New Dawn unterstützt offiziell fabric, neoforge, quilt für Minecraft 26.2, 26.1.2, 26.1.1. Im Mado Dashboard werden inkompatible Loader-Kombinationen automatisch erkannt.
Server laggt mit BetterEnd: New Dawn – wie optimiere ich die Performance?
Empfohlener RAM: 6 GB (+1 GB pro 5 Spieler). Prüfe mit /spark profiler, ob BetterEnd: New Dawn den meisten Tick-Time verbraucht. Häufige Fixes: Server-View-Distance auf 8-10 reduzieren, bei Forge "performant" oder "starlight" als Zusatz-Mod installieren. Bei Mado Hosting läuft dein Server auf NVMe-SSDs mit dedizierten CPU-Kernen für minimale Latenz.
