About this Mod
Embark on a journey of culinary curiosity, where the strangest mob drops are now mouth watering ingredients. Put your sanity to the test with dishes sure to give you a chill or thrill.
The concept behind this mod is to craft food and beverage items using materials obtained from hostile mobs, with each culinary creation aimed at achieving a balanced blend of elements, including horror, whimsy, and a Minecraft-inspired essence. 5 harmful Status Effects add minor inconveniences or non-intrusive psychological horror elements, while 2 beneficial Status Effects help by giving immunity to certain effects.

- Chills: You feel a spectral presence nearby, you may feel a chill if they pass through you

- Infected: Similar to hunger, but worse

How to Install Fright's Delight on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Fright's Delight". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Fright's Delight server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.11). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Server lagging with Fright's Delight – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Fright's Delight consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
