Penetration or destruction of obsidian was impossible using the orbital strike cannon, so a caannon was made by WMC on youtube called the Blue Wither Skull Nuke Cannon.
This is a datapack/mod which fires Nuke Strikes of Blue Charged wither skulls which are capable of going through obsidian, water, and lava.
How to get the fishing rod?

How to Install Orbital Wither Skull Cannon on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set datapack Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (26.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Orbital Wither Skull Cannon". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
