Smooth Scrolling Refurbished
This mod changes the scrollbar in any screen that uses it to be smooth.
It is meant as a replacement for the fantastic Smooth Scrolling Everywhere mod as it is no longer maintained. My mod uses no code from the original project.
If there is a bug or an incompatibility with another mod please let me know on github issues.

How to Install Smooth Scrolling Refurbished on Your Client
Install the Mod Loader Locally
Install fabric for your local Minecraft version.
Download the Matching File
Choose the Smooth Scrolling Refurbished file for fabric and Minecraft 26.2.
Install Mod
Place the .jar file in your local .minecraft/mods folder and restart Minecraft. No server-side installation is required.

Does Smooth Scrolling Refurbished need to be installed on the Minecraft server?
No. Modrinth marks Smooth Scrolling Refurbished as unsupported on the server side. Install it only in your local Minecraft mods folder. Your server can remain unchanged unless the mod page lists an additional dependency.
Which version and loader does Smooth Scrolling Refurbished require?
