About this Mod
Soundtrack Player
Adds a proper music player to Minecraft. Playlists, shuffle, custom tracks.
- Playlists β create, name, add/remove tracks via right-click
- Shuffle β cycles through everything before repeating, no duplicates
- Loop modes β off, loop all, loop one
- Skip/previous β previous button restarts the current track if you're past 3 seconds
- Volume slider β completely separate from game sounds, saved between sessions
- Custom tracks β drop MP3/OGG/WAV/FLAC into the custom folder and they show up automatically
- Full player screen β searchable track list and playlist manager, open with M
- Pause menu widget β mini player with seek bar, four corner positions, adjustable opacity
- In-game HUD β small overlay showing track and progress, disappears when you open any menu
- Keybinds β play/pause, skip, volume, shuffle, loop, all rebindable
- Auto-resume β remembers where you were when you closed the game
- Client-side only β works on any server, no mods required on their end
The mod works well but it's not perfect β there's probably bugs in there. If something breaks or behaves weirdly, report it in the Discord and I'll take a look. You can also grab the soundtrack manually from there if the first launch download fails.

Does Soundtrack player need to be installed on the Minecraft server?
No. Modrinth marks Soundtrack player as unsupported on the server side. Install it only in your local Minecraft mods folder. Your server can remain unchanged unless the mod page lists an additional dependency.
Which version and loader does Soundtrack player require?
Use a file for fabric and your exact Minecraft version. Supported versions include 1.21.11, 1.21.10, 1.21.9. Files for different loaders are not interchangeable.
Soundtrack player is not working β what should I check?
First check the Minecraft version, loader version and required dependencies. Put the .jar file in your local .minecraft/mods folder and remove older duplicates. Because this mod is client-side, adding server RAM will not fix it.
