- Connection - Creates a Weld/Bearing/Ball Socket like connection between two objects.
- Rope - Creates a rope
- Hydraulics - Extends and retracts when a signal is given
- Physics Rope - A rope that is created from physical components
- Slider - Creates a slider connection
- Sync Rotation - Synchronises rotation of 2 ships
And tools such as:
- Thruster - Create a thruster
- Gravity Changer - Change gravity for a single ship or a whole connected structure.
- Disable Collisions - Will disable collisions between two ships or a ship and a world.
- Schematic - Create schematic of the whole connected structure.
- Scale - Scale not just one ship, but a whole object.
- Strip - Strip VMod constraints either in block radius or all constraints connected to a ship
- Ship Remover - Removes ships
- Mass Changer - Changes total mass of a ship
It's highly inspired by Garry's Mod, so if you've played it before, you will find many similarities to its Toolgun.
On Fabric it requires:

VMod server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is VMod compatible with fabric and forge?
VMod officially supports fabric, forge for Minecraft 1.20.1, 1.18.2. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with VMod – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if VMod consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
