Ever wished you could save an entire production floor β not just a small machine cluster β as a blueprint and stamp it down wherever you need it? Blueprint Designer Plus gives you five bigger Blueprint Designers, letting you capture and reuse factory sections that the vanilla designer simply cannot fit.
---
<table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td style="background:#e8a202;padding:6px 14px;border-radius:6px 6px 0 0;border:none"><strong style="color:#1a1a2e;font-size:18px">Five New Designer Sizes</strong></td></tr></table>
The vanilla Blueprint Designer gives you a modest 32 m Γ 32 m Γ 32 m box to work in. This mod adds five larger options, unlocked together with a single M.A.M. research at Tier 6:
| Designer | Build Area (W Γ D Γ H) |
|----------|------------------------|
| Blueprint Designer Mk.2 | 48 m Γ 48 m Γ 48 m |
| Blueprint Designer Mk.3 | 64 m Γ 64 m Γ 64 m |
| Blueprint Designer Mk.4.1 | 80 m Γ 80 m Γ 64 m |
| Blueprint Designer Mk.4.2 | 96 m Γ 96 m Γ 48 m |
| Blueprint Designer Mk.5 | 176 m Γ 176 m Γ 96 m |
Research "More FICSIT Blueprints" in the M.A.M. to unlock all five at once.

<table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td style="background:#e8a202;padding:6px 14px;border-radius:6px 6px 0 0;border:none"><strong style="color:#1a1a2e;font-size:18px">Works Just Like Vanilla Blueprints</strong></td></tr></table>
Nothing new to learn. Build one of these designers anywhere in your factory, walk inside, and arrange your machines within the glowing boundary frame β exactly the same as the vanilla designer. When you're done, save it and the blueprint shows up in your Build Menu under the Blueprint tab, ready to place anywhere you like.
A few things worth knowing:
- Blueprints travel with your save file, not the mod. Once a blueprint is created, you can place it on any world β even one without this mod installed.
- Share with friends freely. Other players on your server can use blueprints you made with these larger designers without needing the mod themselves.
- Bigger designer needed for bigger prints. If you created a blueprint inside a Mk.3, you can only edit it again inside a Mk.3 or larger. Placing it in the world has no such restriction.
---
<table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td style="background:#e8a202;padding:6px 14px;border-radius:6px 6px 0 0;border:none"><strong style="color:#1a1a2e;font-size:18px">A Note on the Mk.5</strong></td></tr></table>
The Mk.5 is enormous β nearly 176 m on each side β and it's there for players who truly need it. But it comes with a caveat: packing that much into a single blueprint pushes up against limits in Satisfactory itself. Very dense designs, especially ones with lots of pipes or conveyor belts, can cause noticeable slowdowns or occasional crashes when saving or placing the blueprint.
This is not something this mod can fix β it is a limitation of how the game handles blueprints at extreme scale. Use the Mk.5 only when none of the smaller sizes can fit your design, and save your work before placing large prints.

Frequently Asked Questions
Blueprint Designer+ not working after update β what to do?
After a Satisfactory update, mods need to be updated. Check ficsit.app whether Blueprint Designer+ has been updated for the new game version. With Mado Hosting: open the mod manager and click "Update All". If the mod hasn't been updated yet, temporarily remove it so the server starts.
Blueprint Designer+ causing crashes in multiplayer β solution
Most common cause: all players must have exactly the same mod version installed. Check server logs for "ModMismatch" or "Version Conflict". Ensure all players use Blueprint Designer+ v2026.2.260 and the same SML. With Mado Hosting, Satisfactory servers run with 6 GB RAM for stable multiplayer performance.
Is Blueprint Designer+ compatible with other Satisfactory mods?
Blueprint Designer+ uses the Satisfactory Mod Loader (SML). Generally, SML-based mods are cross-compatible, but mods modifying the same game systems can cause conflicts. Test new mod combinations on a backup save. The Mado dashboard automatically detects known conflicts and warns you.
