Satisfactory server: plan RAM and resources
Size a Satisfactory server around the save, factory and mods. Player count alone is insufficient. Use existing resource data and check official requirements before ordering a larger configuration.
What affects demand?
Factory size, production logic, logistics and mods affect the simulation. RAM, CPU and storage serve different roles. High memory usage may indicate a memory problem; a slow simulation with spare memory calls for another diagnosis. Our plan selection does not guarantee FPS or factory size.
Use existing evidence
Compare the existing save with previous panel resource readings. Record game version, mod list and situations where problems occur. Distinguish startup and autosave from normal operation. Without comparable data, a RAM recommendation is an estimate. A seemingly precise per-player formula is not reliable evidence.
Change the configuration
Back up before changes. Check pricing, billing term and current availability in the configurator. After a change, compare the same world and similar gameplay with your existing observations. An upgrade does not repair incompatible mods. For persistent problems, share relevant logs and version details with support.
