Upload a Satisfactory save to a server
Back up the local save and the existing server save. Transfer a compatible save through save management or file access while stopped, then verify the loaded world.
Prepare the save
Finish the running session cleanly and copy the desired save to a separate location. Record the game version and mods. A save from a newer or differently modded installation may not be compatible with the destination. Keep the original until the server has been verified.
Transfer and load
Connect as administrator through Server Manager and use your game version’s save management. Alternatively, stop the server and transfer the file to the save directory for your installation. Inspect the actual directory layout instead of using a Minecraft path. Start the server and select the intended save.
Verify the result
Join and check the factory, progression and inventories. Create a new backup after successful verification. If the save fails to load, check version, filename, transfer and mod dependencies. Never overwrite your only working backup while troubleshooting.
