About this Modpack

!

Description:

This modpack is the culmination of all the mods I love related to Cobblemon. It's the result of my effort to create a Cobblemon experience that includes all the features I love from the Pokémon games, along with some quality-of-life improvements from Minecraft. Enjoy!

Special Thanks to Johnzin for helping me add Cobble Dollars compatibility to the modpack and Islana for letting me use the Lapras animation as an intro.

If you have questions, please see my FAQs.

Important Notes:

  1. Please set your Memory Allocation to at least 4096 MB (4 GB)
  2. CobbleSounds has sounds that are too loud. Copy this into the Cobblesounds zip file in the resourcepacks folder to lower the volume. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/t1kv7wfv3v7rx6p0g9bfu/CobbleSounds-Volume-JSONs.zip?rlkey=ziuzi7f3kkwfgxopv4xb9wms4&st=qtyqnas1&dl=1
  3. Make sure to add PokemonRideConfig.json from https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/i7olgtgq0bs62q0fi8qzt/pokemonRideConfig.json?rlkey=tmt9otwbjfi5et7gmj7ippyhg&st=m92qtw72&dl=0 to the root of your world folder.

Minimum 6 GB, recommended 8 GB for stable performance. per 5 players. Important: Minecraft modpacks need more RAM than vanilla – plan extra per additional player. With Mado Hosting, you can scale RAM up live at any time without data loss (from €7.800000000000001/month).

Can I add custom mods to Cobblemon Expanded (by Jonathan) without conflicts?

Yes, but check compatibility: only use mods for the same loader (fabric) and same Minecraft version (1.21.1). Common issues: ID conflicts with recipe mods and incompatible coremod versions. The Mado dashboard mod browser only shows compatible mods and warns about known conflicts.
