About this Modpack
🚂 A train murder mystery social game
This modpack expands The Last Voyage of the Harpy Express with new roles, mechanics, QoL and easy customization options for the WATHE mod and its add-ons.

How to Play
- Host a server with the provided world, mods and config folder.
- Ensure the server/world has these settings:
- Peaceful difficulty
- Adventure mode
- PvP enabled
- Command blocks enabled
- Minimum 6 players required.
- Players board the train in the lobby.
- Once 6+ players are aboard, ring the horn to begin.
- To spectate, simply stay off the train.

How to Set Up a The Harpy Express: Extended Server
Order Server
Choose at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended for The Harpy Express: Extended). Based on player count: per 8 players.
Install Modpack in Dashboard
Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "The Harpy Express: Extended" and click "Install". The fabric loader and Minecraft 1.21.1 are configured automatically.
Start Server & Play
Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!

The Harpy Express: Extended server crashes or won't start – what to do?
Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong fabric loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 6 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match.
