πŸ“– About πŸ“–

Welcome to CTM Refabricated, a port of ConnectedTexturesMod for Fabric which is a port of the ConnectedTexturesMod (a mouthful, I know)

CTM Refabricated allows resource packs to add connected textures, emissive rendering, and much more. A resource pack which adds these effects to vanilla, and some select mods, can be found here.

Note: CTM Refabricated does not support the Optifine CTM format, for that, use Continuity.

In compliance with the GPL license, I state the following:

The original mod can be found here.

This mod was forked from the source code found here.

My changes consist of porting the mod to 1.18.2 and 1.19 Fabric and editing code where necessary to use the updated methods in those versions

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️

BEYOND 1.19.2, THIS PROJECT IS ABANDONED

This mod is not very efficient. This is meant as a port of CTM, so resourcepacks built on the CTM mod by tterag can run on Fabric.
However, if you are a mod developer looking to make a cross-platform solution to your connected textures needs, this is not the best
way to go about it.

If you're a fabric/quilt exclusive developer who doesn't necessarily need access to all the formats CTM has to offer (like columns
or random) I recommend checking out Continuity

If you are in need of the formats CTM offers or if you're developing a cross-platform mod on 1.19.4 and beyond, I recommend checking
out our other project, Athena! It offers alot of the same features that CTM provided, while
being much more performant on both Fabric and Forge than either CTM or CTM Refabricated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does CTM Refabricated need to be installed on the Minecraft server?

No. Modrinth marks CTM Refabricated as unsupported on the server side. Install it only in your local Minecraft mods folder. Your server can remain unchanged unless the mod page lists an additional dependency.

Which version and loader does CTM Refabricated require?

Use a file for fabric and your exact Minecraft version. Supported versions include 1.19.2, 1.19.1, 1.19. Files for different loaders are not interchangeable.

CTM Refabricated is not working – what should I check?

First check the Minecraft version, loader version and required dependencies. Put the .jar file in your local .minecraft/mods folder and remove older duplicates. Because this mod is client-side, adding server RAM will not fix it.
