About this Mod

Description

Whimsy Deco is a furniture and decor mod aimed at adding high quality and unique pieces of furniture! It adds 80+ unique blocks with various functions for bringing life into your builds.

Features

Quality over quantity

Each block only has a handful of fitting variants. Rather than trying to make a variant for every wood type or dye color, blocks come in a limited amount of variants that best fit the block.

Unique furniture

There are plenty of furniture mods out there that add a bunch of tables, chairs and cabinets. Whimsy Deco is here for everything else! From dartboards to washing machines, there are plenty of furniture blocks you'd have difficulty finding in other mods.

Get exquisite plushies and unique furniture from the Gacha Machine! Gacha Capsules can be purchased using Diamonds!

How to Install Whimsy Deco on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Whimsy Deco". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Whimsy Deco server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Whimsy Deco compatible with forge and neoforge?

Whimsy Deco officially supports forge, neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.1, 1.20.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.

Server lagging with Whimsy Deco – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Whimsy Deco consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
