Fabric Version

This is a client-side addon that displays the current season on the HUD. Currently supported season mods are:

Serene Seasons (Forge/Neoforge/Fabric)

- (1.21+) Added support JourneyMap's new custom InfoSlots (JourneyMap 1.21-6.0.0-beta.25+ required).
  - By default, "Season" will be added as an InfoSlot option in JourneyMap's minimap settings.
  - If you are already using all the InfoSlots:
    1. Go into the JourneyMap addon settings ("Addon Settings" button at the top of the JourneyMap settings menu).
    2. Enable the "Add an additional InfoSlot?" option.
    3. Choose if you want it added to the top set or the bottom set.

How to Install SeasonHud on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (26.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "SeasonHud". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

SeasonHud server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (26.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is SeasonHud compatible with forge and neoforge?

SeasonHud officially supports forge, neoforge for Minecraft 26.2, 26.1.2, 26.1.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.

Server lagging with SeasonHud – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if SeasonHud consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
